The Special Operations Command (CdoSpecOps) of the KCT, with the secondary task of Demolition Specialist (DemSpec), has three core tasks within a Special Operations Forces (SOF) team. These are: a. forcingof passages in objects (breaching); b. Neutralizing IED and mine threats (SOF search); and c. the destruction/destruction of High Value Targets (SOF destruction). The CdoSpecOps follows for thisde opleiding tot DemSpec waarna hij bevoegd en bekwaam is om deze kerntaken uit te voeren. Het is van belang dat de kerntaken tijdens de DemSpec opleiding niet in losse blokken (gefragmenteerd) maarals geheel en in de context worden geleerd. Tijdens missies worden deze kerntaken namelijk over het algemeen niet los van elkaar uitgevoerd maar zijn meestal complementair aan elkaar. De gevraagdeservices concern: 1. Making training facility and logistical support available. 2. Hiring instructors / subject matter experts 3. Supplying (explosive) means of destructionand load carriers
