Description & Project Overview
The subject of this Public Order is the supplier's obligation to provide the Customer with services consisting of providing standard support for the EMC NetWorker SW and other service services related to EMC NetWorker software. The subject of performance includes the following services: a) standard support for the EMC NetWorker SW product (hereinafter referred to as "Product") for the so-called capacity license in the range of 30 TB (hereinafter referred to as "Standard Support"); b) provision of additive service services for the Product (hereinafter referred to as "Additive Services").
