Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents along with the lease of an analyzer for direct identification of microorganisms from clinical material using the multiplex PCR method to the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics and Microbiology. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in the assortment and price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the required parameters - constituting Annex No. 2a to the SWZ. 3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
