Contract Description
The subject of procurement is the supply of electricity, specified and determined by type and estimated (framework) quantity in the Cost Sheet and Appendix I - Metering points, tariff models and calculation elements, which is attached. Economic entities offer the subject of purchase in accordance with the General Conditions for the use of the network and the supply of electricity (Official Gazette 85/15 and 49/20, 104/20, 80/21 and any amendments) in compliance with the Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette 111/21) and other regulations that regulate this market.
