Contract Description
This is a single-award framework agreement, concluded with a single economic operator per lot. Each lot will be executed partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuance of purchase orders, when the need arises. The contract will take effect on the date of its notification to the holder, for an initial period of 12 months which can be renewed for 12 months, 3 times tacitly. Lot no. 7 is a reserved market (Article L2113-12 - Public procurement code)
