Contract Description
Delivery “free to the point of use”, installation and commissioning of a Cz cultivation system for the cultivation of fluoride single crystals. In addition: provision of documentation, acceptance (factory and final acceptance), service in the event of a fault. The system enables the growth of fluoride single crystals from the melt using a drawing process (e.g. Czochralski process). The system is used in a research environment and must ensure frequent user access, easy maintenance and high process stability. The system is intended to produce crystals with a maximum diameter of 100
