The subject of the performance of the public order is the reconstruction and expansion of the building of the apartment building No. 621, Okružní street on plot No. 1201/32 in the c.ú. České Budějovice 4. The subject of the work is the 1st stage of the reconstruction of an approximately 40-year-old building, originally intended as an administrative building in an industrial area, which was converted into an apartment building approximately 21 years ago through construction modifications and a change of use.
