Contract Description
1. The procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender with a contract value exceeding the EU thresholds, pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. 2. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of transcutaneous and subcutaneous bone conduction implants to the Hospital Pharmacy Warehouse, hereinafter referred to as "products". 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with the type and quantity specification is included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and the assortment and price forms constituting Annex No. 1.1 - 1.7 to the offer form.
