De-snowing and de-slicing of certain sidewalks, bicycle paths and public transport stops owned and managed by the Debrecen County Municipality by hand and with small machines. During the entire duration of the contract, in the period between November 15 and April 15 of each year (hereinafter referred to as the availability period), the Winning Bidder is obliged to be on call 24 hours a day, from where the works are managed with the approval of the Customer's specialists.
