The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 112 of the Public Procurement Act specifies the following conditions for participation in the procedure: 1) Condition regarding technical or professional capacity: Contractors should demonstrate that they have duly performed, within the last three years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of running their business is shorter - during this period, at least one cleaning and maintenance service (contract) in a building with an area of at least 17,000.00 m2 for cleaning and maintenance provided continuously for at least 12 months and attach evidence confirming whether the service was performed properly. Note: One cleaning service means a service performed under one contract. In the case of services performed (i.e. commenced but not completed): - only the completed part will be counted towards the required knowledge and experience, - certificates in relation to these services should be issued within the last 3 months before their submission. If the Contractor refers to experience in the provision of services performed jointly with other contractors, in the list of services performed he indicates the services in the performance of which he directly participated or participates. Documents confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure: List of services performed, and in the case of periodic or continuous services, also services performed during the last three years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of business activity is shorter in this period - performed in accordance with the condition specified in Chapter V, section 2 points 1 of the SWZ and attach evidence determining whether these services have been performed or are being performed properly, the evidence in question being references or other documents issued by the entity for which the supplies were performed, and in the case of periodic or continuous services they are performed, and if for a justified reason of an objective nature the contractor is unable to obtain these documents - the contractors declaration - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. In the case of periodic or continuous services that are still being provided, references or other documents confirming their proper performance should be issued within 3 months before their submission. If deliveries are indicated in currencies other than Polish zloty, the Ordering Party will use currency conversion according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the date of publication of the announcement of this contract in the Office for Official Publications of the European Communities 2) Condition regarding the economic or financial situation: Contractors who have civil liability insurance for the activity in the field of cleaning of facilities for the amount of at least PLN 700,000.00 may apply for the contract. Documents confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure: Document confirming that the Contractor is insured against civil liability in the scope of his business activities related to the subject of the contract for the amount of at least PLN 700,000.00. The offer must be secured with a deposit in the amount of PLN 90,000.00 (forty thousand zlotys) throughout the offer validity period.
