Supply of fish for the needs of childrens homes in the territory of the municipality of Svishtov by separate items Delivery of fish for the needs of the childrens establishments in the territory of the municipality of Svishtov 2 700 kg. Deliveries shall be made on an established schedule, up to 7:00 a.m. from the children s warehouse, twice a week after the submission of a written application (e.g. by mail, courier or contractors representative) one day before the day of delivery of the necessary quantities of goods by authorised persons from the said children s establishments. Delivery for each type of foodstuff/foodstuff shall be subject to the requirements of the specification. Each delivery shall be certified with the necessary documentation to ensure the necessary production of the corresponding product and the time limit. For the delivery of all the products, the manufacturer shall ensure that the requirements for quality, performance of the relevant foodstuffs, and the quantities and packaging of the products are not reduced, and shall not be subjected to any restrictions imposed by the relevant provisions of the Treaty, the relevant regulations and the relevant rules of the European Union, the European Food and Agricultural Guidelines, the Food Safety and Food Safety Council and the European Convention on the Environment, and Food Protection Law on the Protection of the Environment and the Environment.
In connection with the implementation of Regulation No N-1 of 23 July 2024 on the ecological requirements for certain products subject to public procurement (OJ No 64 of 30.07.2024, in force from 14.08.2024) the contracting authority establishes this separate position for the supply of organic foodstuffs fish. The item of that separate position is the supply with a projected quantity of 170 kg. The organic food product Fish must be produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on the bio-manufacturing and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 (October 14, 2018), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 724/78.
