The subject of this tender is structural planning services in accordance with Section 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI in service phases 1-6. The construction costs for the main house (net) including transverse construction are expected as follows: KG 200 - preparation and development - 40,000 EUR; KG 300 - Building - Building construction - EUR 1,380,000; KG 400 - Building - Technical systems - EUR 920,000; KG 410 - sewage, water, gas systems - EUR 138,000; KG 420 - heat supply systems - EUR 264,000; KG 430 - air conditioning systems - EUR 92,000; KG 440 - Electrical systems - EUR 264,000; KG 450 - communication systems - EUR 92,000; KG 460 - conveyor systems - 70,000 EUR; KG 500 - outdoor facilities and open spaces - EUR 340,000. Total: 2,680,000 EUR The construction costs for the rear building (net) are expected as follows: KG 300 - building - building construction - 480,000 EUR; KG 400 - Building - Technical systems - EUR 320,000; KG 410 - sewage, water, gas systems - 48,000 EUR; KG 420 - heat supply systems - EUR 96,000; KG 430 - air conditioning systems - EUR 32,000; KG 440 - Electrical systems - EUR 112,000; KG 450 - communication systems - 32,000 EUR. Total: EUR 800,000. The construction costs for the tool house (net) are expected as follows: KG 300 - building - building construction - 50,000 EUR; KG 400 - Building - Technical systems - EUR 20,000; KG 440 - Electrical systems - 16,000 EUR; KG 450 - communication systems - 4,000 EUR. Total: EUR 70,000. The services are advertised in batches as follows: Lot 1 - object planning services for buildings in accordance with Section 34 HOAI as well as outdoor area planning in accordance with Section 39 HOAI, each in LP 1-9 Lot 2 - planning services for HLS technical equipment, LP 1-9 in accordance with Section 55 HOAI Lot 3 - planning services for electrical technical equipment, LP 1-9 in accordance with Section 55 HOAI Lot 4 - services for Structural planning, LP 1-6 according to § 51 HOAI Lot 5 - Fire protection, LP 1-8 according to Section 1.5 AHO Issue No. 17 (2022) Lot 6 - Building physics, LP 1-7 according to Annex 1, Sections 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 HOAI A gradual commissioning is planned. There is no legal entitlement to an assignment that goes beyond service level 1. Performance time: Completion of the design planning including cost calculation, construction description and, if necessary, other documents by October 15, 2026 Completion of the entire measure: ideally spring 2029 The project is funded by public funds. Compliance with the funding requirements must be ensured at all times. The instructions and regulations in accordance with the explanation for the renovation of the town hall must be observed. With regard to the description of the service, the client is guided by the service profile of the HOAI 2021. The contract regulates further details.
