Procedure for internal competitive selection, conducted after sending a written invitation on the basis of Art. 82, para. 4 of ZOP with ex. No. 02-3605/08.06.2026. The invitation is for the conclusion of individual contracts with the subject: Supply of medicinal products under Framework Agreement No. RD-11-393/12.09.2025 for the needs of UMBAL Alexandrovska EAD. The procedure for Internal Competitive Selection /VKI/ is for the supply of 47 medicinal products under 5 separate positions, which is carried out according to the concluded Framework Agreement No. RD-11-393/12.09.2025 by the Ministry of Health. VKI will be carried out in the electronic system for public procurement in the health care system /TsOPSZ/ for internal competitive selection (mini-procedure) 5242.
