1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a fully operational, brand new rescue vehicle for the Święcice Volunteer Fire Department. 2. Basic parameters of the vehicle: 1) Heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 6x6 drive (category 2: off-road), 2) Brand new vehicle, with an engine with a power of not less than 345 kW Diesel engine that meets the currently applicable exhaust emission standard enabling vehicle registration. The engine and chassis with cab come from the same manufacturer. If additional fluids (e.g. AdBlue) are used to achieve emission standards, torque reduction cannot occur in the absence of this fluid. 3) Exhaust emission standard – min. Euro 6. 4) The vehicle constituting the subject of the order must meet and have all certificates, approvals and other documents required by law, so that it can be registered as a special vehicle and be introduced to the combat division. 3. The car should be brand new - chassis production year not older than 2026, complete, not previously used, technically efficient and free from construction, material and workmanship defects. 4.
