In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers. Estimates of the quantities requested during the entire framework agreement minimum 600 hours and maximum 1200 hours. Estimates of the requested quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement minimum 300 hours and maximum 600 hours. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement is 350,000.00 lei without VAT. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts is at least one subsequent contract per year.
