The public utility service for natural gas distribution in Voicești Commune will serve a community of approximately 2,000 inhabitants, organized into 720 households, 12 public institutions (schools, kindergartens, medical dispensary, town hall headquarters, cultural center) and 5 economic operators, totaling 737 potential connections. According to the technical parameters established by Technical Connection Approval no. 13743069/22.01.2025 issued by Distrigaz Sud Rețele S.R.L., the distribution system in Voicești will operate at reduced pressure (1.1 bar), with a maximum flow rate of 1,500 m³/h, connected to the existing distribution network of Drăgășani Municipality via a PE100 SDR11 DN 180 mm extension pipeline, L=570 m. The distribution network proper in Voicești will have a length of 5,300 m (in the first stage), made of PE100 SDR11 pipes with diameters ranging from DN 63 to DN 160 mm. (Stage I) The financing contract (for execution of works) is to be signed after the selection of an operator with whom the UAT will sign the concession contract, being a sine qua non condition for the signing of the financing contract and for the effective existence of the financing source. The tender for the award of the works contract has been conducted, finalized by the conclusion of a works contract. The royalty is at least 1.5% of the natural gas distribution tariff, applied to the total quantity distributed, payable quarterly, on the 30th of the month following the ended quarter. The obligation to pay the royalty begins on the date of commissioning of the natural gas distribution system.
