Description & Project Overview
The replacement building for the "Aqua Siwa" swimming pool in Ratzeburg is planned as a two-story new building with a swimmer's pool and a multi-purpose pool. The swimmers' pool is equipped with a lifting floor and a diving system. The new building will be constructed as a solid structure with wooden roof structures and steel frameworks in the hall areas. The building covers approximately 3,331 m² gross floor area (GFA) as well as the necessary technical, traffic and ancillary areas. The existing indoor swimming pool operation will be maintained until the replacement building is completed.
