Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is the task entitled: "Modernization of the Regatta Canal and its surroundings, part II" in Park Śląski S.A. in Chorzów. 2. The task will be implemented in the "Design and Build" formula. 3. The scope of the subject of the order includes the execution of: 3.1) Stage I: a) development of construction design documentation based on the Ordering Party's concept, along with obtaining, on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party, all final administrative decisions necessary to commence and carry out construction works, b) preparation of executive documentation in accordance with applicable regulations
