Contract Description
The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 21 of this Regulation. Part 1: Delivery of 4 mobile refuelling stations - Fuel containers for the Federal Technical Assistance Agency. Optionally, the contracting authority may order 4 more mobile refueling stations/fuel container under the following conditions -The mobile refuel stations have proved to be in the fuel logistics concept -The first 4 units have been delivered in accordance with the contract -The corresponding budget is available -The option is drawn up no later than 18 months after delivery and acceptance and the first batch has been tested successfully
