The order concerns the entire construction of a new steam locomotive boiler for the Ol49 series steam locomotive. The newly built boiler is to be made on the basis of design documentation prepared by the contractor and approved for production by the Transport Technical Supervision in Poland. The final performance of the service will be deemed to be the approval of the steam locomotive boiler for operation on the basis of the TDT test - hot test after installing the boiler on the steam locomotive base in the Wolsztyn locomotive depot. The technical specification of the new boiler must specify boiler parameters not worse than those of the original boiler for the Ol49 steam locomotive produced by Sosnowieckie Zakłady Budowy Kotłów in Sosnowiec in 1951-1954. The detailed scope of work necessary to be performed as part of the task is indicated in the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 6 to the Invitation.
