The purpose of these special specifications is to award a rental contract for the development and operation of a “RETAIL (excluding Horeca)” point of sale located opposite Brussels-Midi station, in BLOCK II, located at Place Victor Horta, 26, 1060 Brussels. Through this market consultation, SNCB therefore wishes to appoint a tenant for the operation of a “RETAIL (excluding Horeca)” point of sale, hereinafter “the Commercial Space”, on the basis of a commercial lease contract, within the meaning of the law of April 30, 1951 on commercial leases.
