The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) awarded a sole-source procurement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute. This post-award notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. The Government determined that only one source was able to meet the technical requirements necessary for this procurement. In accordance with FAR Part 5, USDA is publishing this notice to promote transparency and provide information regarding the award. Because the procurement has already been awarded, capability statements or other responses will not be considered for this action.
