Contract Description
Delivery of motor gasoline, winter, class "C", mineral without bio-components, according to Art. 50, para. 1 of the Law on Energy from Renewable Sources. The estimated quantity is up to 78,200 tons ± 0.5% and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to conclude a contract up to the amount of the secured funds. Motor gasoline should meet the indicated indicators in Appendix No. 1 to Art. 6, item 1 of the Ordinance on the requirements for the quality of liquid fuels, the conditions, order and manner of their control. Delivery is carried out according to a schedule specified with the contracting authority. Delivery is made by rail transport
