The holder must carry out a contradictory inventory on each site, an exhaustive census of security lighting in the form of a detailed list including for each of them: • Its geographical location (city, site, building, floor, room, location), • Its essential characteristics (type, date of commissioning, etc.). This document will be updated by the holder during each subsequent inspection carried out. These documents (initial censuses and subsequent updated censuses) will be sent to the Security Officer of the University of Perpignan. • Check that the B.A.E.S are in place, without deterioration or modification of the initial appearance • Cut off the mains power supply to the B.A.E.S • Check that all the safety lighting diodes or bulbs are lit and replace the defective ones, • Check the operation of the remote control by putting it into the rest state and putting it into the operating state, • As soon as it is reset operation, check that all the emergency lighting diodes or bulbs remain lit for at least one hour, • Check that the accumulators do not show any signs of defect (blistering or electrolyte leaks), • Clean all parts of the device (internal - external) and replace the signaling labels (pictograms) if necessary, • Proceed to restore the mains power to the B.A.E.S. This operation must not present any danger during the operating period, taking into account that a minimum period of twelve hours is necessary for the battery autonomy to be restored, • Following these various operations, a maintenance label will be affixed to each device, visible when the B.A.E.S. is installed, • Prepare a detailed visit report, • Complete the safety register. Specific tests and power cuts in special buildings (animal facility, laboratories, etc., the list will be provided by the security officer at the start of the market), will be done by appointment. The holder must establish a monthly maintenance schedule with the UPVD safety officer. 2 months cannot go by without a visit from the holder, and at each visit the holder must verify, through the supervisor, that the maintenance carried out in the preceding months is still compliant. The price of annual preventive maintenance includes labor, travel and verification of the proper functioning of the complete system (supervision included). The price of annual corrective maintenance includes spare parts, labor and travel. Any replacement or addition of security lighting must be COOPER Luminox brand or compatible in addressable SATI mode and implemented in the management system in place.
