Contract Description
The object of the contract is the provision of services relating to the control of the budgetary supporting documents of the general subsidy granted to the Scientific Institute of Public Service (ISSeP) for the accounting years 2026 - 2027 - 2028 by the appointment of a company auditor registered in the public register of the Institute of Company Auditors. Description of the services to be performed: The Public Service of Wallonia Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment (hereinafter “SPW ARNE”) allocating an annual general subsidy to the Scientific Institute of Public Service (ISSeP) wishes to enlist the services of a company auditor in order to support it in the annual audit of the accounts and the expenses allocated to this subsidy. As part of this public procurement, the mission of the company auditor includes the production of a financial report attesting to compliance with the rules for granting annual subsidies, as well as the reality of the expenses incurred by the Scientific Institute of Public Service in this context. The ISSeP financial year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31.
