The subject of the order is the service of substantive evaluation of offers or verification of applications submitted as part of open competitions for offers or calls for applications announced by the Ordering Party, the Minister of Justice, who is the Administrator of the Justice Fund, for entrusting the implementation of tasks from the Victims' Assistance Fund and Post-penitentiary Assistance - Justice Fund.
