Supply of two laparotomy and thoracotomy exercise trainers together with one set of replaceable elements. Supply of two laparotomy and thoracotomy exercise trainers together with one set of replaceable elements.
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 2 (two) identical high-fidelity trainers for the simulation of laparotomy and thoracotomy procedures together with 1 (one) compatible set of replaceable elements described in Part II, point 9 of these Tender Documents, intended for training medical crews in the management of severe chest and abdominal injuries. The trainers must enable repeated, realistic practice of surgical procedures and elements of teamwork in conditions approximating those during Air Ambulance Service crew missions. The delivery of the subject of the contract includes installation and configuration of the trainers at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority at its headquarters at ul. Księżycowa 5 in Warsaw, commissioning with a demonstration of the correct operation of all functions of the subject of the contract, and the conduct of instruction/training for personnel indicated by the Contracting Authority. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the Tender Documents (Description of the Subject of the Contract). The conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract are contained in the Draft Contract Provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the Tender Documents.
