Description & Project Overview
Through the procurement, the Customs Agency wishes to enter into an agreement with one or more suppliers who can deliver stable, professional and high-quality cleaning services at the agency's locations throughout Norway. The locations vary in size, geographical location, use, cleaning requirements and level of security. The supplier must therefore be able to combine uniform management and quality assurance with necessary local adaptation. It is particularly important that the Supplier has sufficient staffing, available labor management and good solutions for absenteeism, temporary use and follow-up of geographically dispersed locations. The aim is that the cleaning should maintain agreed quality levels over time, that deviations are detected and corrected quickly, and that the service is carried out safely and with the lowest possible environmental impact within the framework of the contract.
