Development of an investment project in the technical phase for the reconstruction of the building of the Veneta Boteva Old Peoples Home, Veliko Tarnovo, in order to fully comply with the requirements of the standards and quality criteria of a specialized social service Residential care for adults of incapacitated age without disabilities. Exercising authors supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works on the site in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Territorial Planning Act. Area of UPI XV from 365 sq. m. to 10,990 sq. m. The Venata Boteva Home for Old People has a built-up area of 3,880 sq. m. The selected contractor should present a technical investment project for the reconstruction of a building used by the Venata Boteva Home for Old People, town of V. Tarnovo, in at least the following scope: 1. Architectural part; 2.
