Contract Description
1/ The purpose of this public contract is to provide transport and fund recognition services and related services for the Régie des Transports Métropolitains. 2/ This public contract is awarded following a procedure with negotiation, in application of articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Code. 3/ This is a framework agreement within the meaning of articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 et seq. of the Code. 4/ The framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed: - partly by issuing purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents
