Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery to the Ordering Party's office of an automatic/mechanical chest compression device for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, together with accessories. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the order). The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers for originating medical devices from third countries that are not party to the agreements
