Description & Project Overview
The Corporation of the City of Elliot Lake is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to provide an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and implementation partner services. The City is seeking a comprehensive, integrated ERP system to support and improve its business operations, financial management, procurement, and administrative processes. The selected proponent will be responsible for assessing the City’s current systems and business requirements, recommending a suitable ERP solution, and providing implementation, configuration, data migration, system integration, testing, training, and ongoing technical support, as required. The objective of this procurement is to implement a modern, reliable, and scalable ERP solution that improves operational efficiency, strengthens internal controls, supports informed decision-making, and meets the City’s current and future business needs.
