For the new ICE maintenance facility Dortmund-Hafen, the following services are required. The External Works tender package includes track construction, civil engineering, sewer construction and road construction services: 1. Track system: approx. 18 km of conventional track, 70 simple turnouts and 3 double crossovers 2. Earthworks with large-scale soil replacement or improvement and frost protection layer with deep drainage 3. Cable civil engineering for the track system 4. Road construction incl. cable civil engineering in the road area and rainwater drainage 5. Drinking water, fire-fighting water and wastewater installations located under the road
