The subject of the order is the successive collection and management of surplus waste with code 20 01 08 - biodegradable kitchen waste from Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. in Bielsko-Biała. The subject of the order also includes recycling of this waste in the R3 - R12 process, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1328, as amended). The method and place of management of the collected waste must be consistent with the applicable legal provisions, in particular with the requirements of the above-mentioned. the Waste Act and its implementing regulations.
