Description & Project Overview
The object of the contract is the execution and exclusive exploitation of public regular urban and intercity road transport of passengers, -as well as accompanied parcels over 10 kg or unaccompanied parcels- by buses in the Region of Epirus and in particular on the network shown in APPENDIX IV of the Declaration through a concession contract for public passenger transport services, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4974/2022 and in particular, chapter E, as well as Regulation (EC) 1370/2007.
