In the context of the Local Police Antwerp Housing Master Plan, the Antwerp Police Zone instructed AG Vespa to look for a new location for the Center regional office. The purchased shell building in Vestingstraat accommodates the program of the Centrum regional office, as well as additional programs that were included in the program of requirements (PVE) of the Antwerp Police Zone. The assignment consists of the design of the shell building with 6 floors and a gross surface area of 3,929 m², of which 498 m² is underground. The reception will be located on the ground floor and the office and support functions on the upper floors.
