Description & Project Overview
The Federal Archives intends to conclude a maintenance contract for the building management system (Desigo CC). The Federal Archives (client/client) controls and monitors operationally important functions of the building using the Siemens Desigo CC building management software. In order to ensure the availability of the system, it must be regularly maintained according to the manufacturer's specifications. The aim is to achieve unrestricted use of the buildings and technical systems (365/3665 days per year / 24 hours a day) with the least possible disruptions and interruptions to service operations.
