The building consists of a floor slab with steel supports and a wooden roof structure. The roof covering is a standing seam roof made of sheet metal or aluminum. The electrical installation is mainly surface-mounted. KNX is used to control the lights. For the feeding system, the power and control cables must be pulled and connected to the components of the system. Part of this tender also includes the construction of a PV system with approx. 80 kWp on the roof including the necessary lightning protection system of lightning protection class III. The modules must be installed in landscape orientation. The PV system must be integrated into the higher-level decoupling protection on the area with the measuring transformer cabinet.
