The Evangelisches Klinikum Gelsenkirchen GmbH (EVK) intends to build a new psychiatric clinic on the corner of Munckelstrasse and Overwegstrasse in the immediate vicinity north of the EVK main building in Gelsenkirchen. For this purpose, object planning services have already been provided by LPH 1 and 2 and, in some cases, specialist planning services for the submission of a funding application. The grant notice has now been issued. The subject of this award was the commissioning of the required technical equipment planning services (HLS) in service phases 3 to 9 for system groups 1 (wastewater, water and gas systems), 2 (heat supply systems), 3 (air conditioning systems), 7 (usage-specific systems and process-specific systems) and 8 (building automation) as well as for the technical systems in the outdoor area (specifically: water systems in the form of the cisterns including the necessary technology and Irrigation, KG 552 DIN 276). The service phases 3 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI are called up in stages: at level 1 the service phases 3 to 4, at level 2 the service phase 5 and at level 3 the service phases 6-8 and at level 4 the service phase 9. When the contract was awarded, stage 1 (service phases 3 to 4) was called up. There is no legal right to request additional levels. According to current plans, the construction costs amount to - KG 410 according to DIN 276 to EUR 1,047,310.92 (net), - KG 420 according to DIN 276 to EUR 989,075.63 (net), - KG 430 according to DIN 276 to EUR 2,555,861.34 (net), - KG 470 according to DIN 276 to EUR 218,571.43 (net), - KG 480 according to DIN 276 to EUR 692,605.04 (net). According to current planning, the aforementioned cost groups amount to a total of: EUR 5,503,424.36 (net). According to current plans, the construction costs for the water systems KG 552 DIN 276 (cisterns and required technology, irrigation) - KG 552 according to DIN 276 amount to EUR 46,600.00 (net).
