According to the necessity report no. 13573 dated 30.09.2024, received from the Production Service, the rental of tools and equipment is necessary to carry out the intervention and instrumentation operations, carried out by the equipment of the wells in order to recover the objects left in the well, closing the annular space between the tubing and the column, driving the square rods, screwing and unscrewing the tubular material with controlled tightening torque, handling of the seals of pipes inserted into the well, milling of cement plugs, milling of metal scraps left in the well, drilling of wells from scratch, deepening of wells, deviations of wells and other operations specific to the activity of drilling and capital repairs of gas wells, ensuring the performance of gravelpack operations with hydraulic consolidation packers model Black Cat 5 1/2" and the recovery of hydraulic consolidation packers Black Cat 5 ½"+7". Any request for clarifications must submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The number of days until which the deadline for submitting offers / applications will be 18 days. At the same time, according to the legal provisions in force, any economic operator has the right to request clarifications to the content of the award documentation and implicitly regarding the contractual clauses (which are part of the award documentation) 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
