Invitation to bid for the supply, delivery, and installation of centralized data server with fiber optic network backbone and structured cabling for the municipal government center of paranas (re-bid) no. par g-2026-06 1) the local government unit of paranas, through the general fund intends to apply the sum of three million three hundred sixty thousand pesos only (php 3,360,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for supply, delivery, and installation of centralized data server with fiber optic network backbone and structured cabling for the municipal government center of paranas (re-bid) with project identification number [par g-2026-06]. bids received more than the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) the local government unit of paranas now invites bids for the above procurement project using single lot procurement for the supply, delivery, and installation of centralized data server with fiber optic network backbone and structured cabling for the municipal government center of paranas (re-bid). delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of the goods and services shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the notice to proceed (ntp). bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) single largest completed contract (slcc) similar to the project, the value of which, adjusted to current prices using the philippine statistics authority (psa) consumer price index (cpi), is at least fifty percent (50%) of the abc. the contract shall be awarded using the most economically advantageous responsive bid (mearb) criterion. the quality-price ratio shall be (70% quality and 30% price). the quality component shall be evaluated based on the following criteria and corresponding weights/scores as specified in the bidding documents: mearb component weight quality component 70% technical quality and merit of proposed solution 20% system integration, compatibility and performance 15% implementation, installation and commissioning methodology 15% warranty, technical support and after-sales service 12% sustainability and energy-efficient features 8% total quality 70% price component 30% total 100% the quality and price proposals shall be evaluated using the predetermined criteria, weights, scoring methodology, and quality-price ratio stated in the bidding documents. the bidder obtaining the best overall score shall be determined as the most economically advantageous responsive bid (mearb), subject to the applicable responsiveness and post-qualification requirements under republic act no. 12009 and its implementing rules and regulations. the detailed evaluation methodology, criteria, weights/scores, price evaluation formula, documentary evidence, and applicable quality-price ratio shall be as specified in the bidding documents. technical specifications bidders must explicitly detail line-item compliance and submit all required supporting documents within their technical bid envelope: description quantity unit 1 lot server and power backup • 1 unit: server (tower/rack-mountable chassis, 1 x intel xeon 6325p 4-core 3.5ghz 55w, 16gb ram, hardware raid adapter with 4gb flash, 8
