Description & Project Overview
1. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party awards the contract in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. 2. The contracting authority awards the contract in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate contract award procedure, in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The proceedings are conducted in order to conclude a framework agreement in an open tender procedure, pursuant to Art. 311 section 1 point 1 in connection with Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law.
