This assignment concerns a framework agreement for the (individual) leasing of bicycles for the staff (contractual/statutory employees) of the East Limburg hospital (ZOL). This agreement aims to appoint a leasing company that offers bicycle leasing to ZOL employees according to the principles of wage exchange. The bicycle lease will be offered within the cafeteria plan used by ZOL. ZOL uses the Acerta FlexPay platform for this. The modalities are further explained in the technical provisions.
