Contract Description
Backup and installation of VT resources: - Backup of data from end users' computing devices (desktop PCs, laptops); - Installation of software (operating system, applications) on new computing devices (desktop PCs, laptops) from the provided image; - Restoring backed-up user data and settings on new computing devices; - Physical installation (connection) of new computing equipment at the end user; - Basic configuration of computing resources and connection of peripheral devices, including printers; - Communication with the end user.
