Description & Project Overview
The Contractor will ensure that the vehicles delivered: 1) are brand new, unused, fully functional, without defects, not for demonstration purposes, not subject to exhibition, 2) their construction standard includes at least a medical structure and a patient transport set, 3) were produced no earlier than 2025. 4) their medical equipment was constructed no earlier than in 2026, and the Contractor has documents allowing the marketing and use of the medical equipment of the equipment, in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended).
