Contract Description
The Rouen Normandy Metropolis is creating a new heating network in the Marcel LODS space in Sotteville-lès-Rouen as part of its public heat energy authority. It wishes to entrust the operation and maintenance of this network to a service provider. The Contractor will be responsible for: - Operation and maintenance of the installations during the duration of the contract - P2 service - Major maintenance and renewal of the installations during the duration of the contract - P3 services - Carrying out work not falling within the scope of P3 and possible connection work for new potential subscribers within the framework of a Unit Price Schedule
