Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of: a) materials and lenses for cataract surgery (hereinafter referred to as the goods) together with the loan of a device for phacoemulsification and anterior vitrectomy (hereinafter referred to as the equipment/subject of loan), b) assortment for a phacoemulsification and vitrectomy device (hereinafter referred to as the goods) together with the lease of this device (hereinafter referred to as the equipment/subject of the lease), consistent with the requirements specified in the documents of this order.
