The hard plastic collected at the regional waste collection point must be transported to an authorized manager. Until today, transport was the responsibility of the final manager, but due to a change in the market value of the material, it can no longer be assumed by him, so that the Regional Council of la Garrotxa has to bid for the transport service of the hard plastic collected selectively from the regional waste to the external treatment plant.
