Contract Description
1. The subject of the order are food delivery and serving services (catering). 2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes three identical parts: 1) Part No. 1 - Meal delivery and serving services (catering), 2) Part No. 2 - Meal delivery and serving services (catering), 3) Lot No. 3 - Meal delivery and serving services (catering). A separate contract will be concluded for each part. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the contract template - draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
