Contract Description
The procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 129 section 1 point 1) in connection with joke. 129 section 2 and art. 132-139 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended - "PZP") and implementing acts to the PZP. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Art. 139 section 1, 3 - 4 PZP. In accordance with
